Superior Warranty & Support

Selling refurbished computers is only half our job at CDI. The other half is to provide the best warranty, service and support in the industry. While we have the longest warranties in the business, long warranties mean little if service is not prompt, flexible and comprehensive.
 
We think you'll find our basic warranty exceeds your expectations while further warranty options can bring total peace of mind.



Basic Warranty

Every CDI computer carries a minimum 3-year warranty covering all parts and labour costs that may occur. Computers can be either replaced or, at the customers' request, parts will be couriered for repair by your own tech department.
 
Large orders may request additional, free parts in anticipation of any future problems. All purchases can be returned within 60 days for a full credit.
 
For a nominal cost our basic warranty can be extended up to 5-years.
 

HotSwap Warranty

Our HotSwap warranty exceeds even traditional on-site warranty. For every number of computers purchased a percentage equal to our annual failure rate will be provided free of charge.
 
These extra computers can be stored at your location for immediate replacement if a unit goes down. The stock of replacement computers will then be replenished by CDI to ensure your downtime is as short as possible.
 

Notebook Drop Warranty

While traditional warranties do not cover user negligence, our Notebook Drop Warranty makes no such quibbles. Notebooks covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced with absolutely no questions asked. Regardless of the source or nature of the damage our Customer Service representatives will honour the warranty.
 

Support

 
Our in-house Customer Service team has one simple mandate: to provide the best warranty support possible. Once a problem has been identified they will make every attempt to implement the solution you feel is best. Units can be returned for repair, replacement or a full refund at your discretion. Any costs incurred will be fully absorbed by CDI.
 
In addition, because our experience with K-12 technical coordinators has been so positive, we will fully trust any diagnosis you make and ship requested replacement parts within 24 hours using UPS Priority Express.
