Ensure quality and perform a diagnosis of hardware received by visual inspection and testing functionality of product and report findings. Configure products as necessary to meet order specifications and installation of software by performing the following duties.

Must be A+ certified and have advanced knowledge of computer programs. Previous hands on experience with Tier 1 computer hardware and its components are a must.

The Account Manager is responsible for sales and account management to educational institutions in their assigned territory. This position is instrumental in helping K-12 schools to meet their revenue and profitability goals while meeting the needs of their students. This includes cold calling and prospecting, responding to customer sales needs, properly qualifying prospects, applying a solutions selling methodology to the sales cycle, promptly completing proposals and sales activities, closing sales opportunities quickly and efficiently and completing necessary paperwork and implementation steps to set projects in motion successfully. The Account Manager is also responsible for managing the ongoing customer relationship with their accounts.
Manage and own Account relationships and deliver excellent service to assigned accounts.
Prospect to identify and qualify new potential customers, including cold calling and development of leads through referral channels, to generate appointments and establish relationships including collecting appropriate account information and identifying appropriate contacts at each prospect, and leveraging marketing activities and partner relationships.
Close sales of refurbished computers to prospective institutional customers to meet sales goals and contribute to company profit including preparation of proposals and closing the sale as quickly, efficiently and independently as possible.
Complete all sales paperwork promptly, thoroughly and accurately, to ensure company profitability and maximize our ability to deliver high quality customer service and minimize potential problems or issues in delivery or invoicing.
Work with the Operations Department on an ongoing basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain all sales resources and databases such that they are kept up to date and accurate.
Effectively communicate with all Accounts. Build a good working relationship and ensure an understanding of the customers' needs and objectives and approach decisions as a partnership with the customer.
