CDI tracks equipment sent to us for re-marketing or recycling through each step of the value recovery process.

Receiving Report: Logs the date, time, and quantity of equipment received.
Audit Report: Logs the manufacturer, model, serial number, condition of the equipment, missing components.
Settlement Report:: Verifies internal configuration, cosmetic condition and services performed on each item estimated repair costs, and estimated disposal or market value.
Certificate of Destruction: verifies for serialized data-bearing assets that each hard drive has been overwritten or, where inoperable, physically destroyed.
Certificate of Disposal: verifies the detailed list of serialized assets that have been recycled in accordance with EPA e-waste disposal and regulatory standards.
Final Report: All previous reports consolidated plus sale or disposal details including sale date, method of recycling, sales price or disposal processing fees.
